What is the call quality like ?
Provided your broadband service is reliable, there should be no discernible difference between land line and Jazmin calls.
To check of your broadband meets Jazmin minimum requirements, go to 'Service Qualification' of our Services page or please contact Jazmin on 1300JAZMIN.

Will I be able to dial 000 emergency services?
000 operators are able to determine the location Land line calls to 000 in Australia, therefore Jazmin programs its systems to direct 000 calls to land line if available, but where this is not possible the 000 calls will connect via VoIP.
